So I sanctioned a tourney last night and submitted results, but I didn't get a confirmation e-mail for either.

Normal? Bug?

There's a minor issue with the sanctioned tourney that occured after I submitted it, but I don't have the sanctioning ID to contact TO@ude.com.

Our system was having some issues earlier last month - those issues have been fixed.

What a TO can do if they do not recieve the confirmation e-mail after sanctioning a tournament or uploading the results of a tournament is to look up the tournament via the Upper Deck Tournament Locator (http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/op/search/searchtourn.aspx).

Please note that it normally can take 1-2 days from the day the tournament is sanctioned/uploaded for the tournament information to appear online.

If the sanctioned tournament and/or the results of the event do not display online, then the TO will need to e-mail the tournament file for that tournament to to@upperdeck.com so that we can upload the information.
