    Ticks and Turns

This is a bit confusing so I would like help to clear it up. When can a player say that it's his initiative when it comes to start of ticks?

Let's say it's the end of turn 10 on the master clock, resolve all abilities triggered by ending of turn 10, give necessary VP points and all.

Player A was the last active player at the end of turn 10. Now starts turn 1, player A and B would like to play Intercept, who gets to play it 1st? Player A coz he was the last active player? Or Player B, who will be the active player on turn 1?

    Thanks and Mabuhay,

    Anjelo

    Re: Ticks and Turns

You do not become the Turn Player until you actually start the turn with your character.  Since you play Intercept before any characters take their turn, the player that went last is still the Turn Player.  As the Turn Player, you are the one that gets to act first.
    WoW Minis Comp Rules:
501.2    As a character’s turn starts, its controller becomes the turn player until a character controlled by a different player starts a turn. Ongoing effects that last “until the start of [this turn]” expire. Then, if any abilities trigger (704.2) at start of turn, resolve those before doing the following.

Thanks, now that explains a lot. It's hard to comprehend the CR unless someone really explains it detail by detail.

    Mabuhay,
