I try to open mantis and a fatal execution error pops up. i unistalled and reinstalled, it does the same things and help would be great.

the main reason this happens is because you do not have the right .Net framework installed. You can either go here http://www.microsoft.com/NET/ for the latest version or go here http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/COMMUNITY/files/51/mantis_msdotnet/entry751573.aspx for an earlier version.

Try that and if it doesn't work post back here again.
