Make sure you've got Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1 installed.

There is a link at the bottom of the MANTIS download page here that will point you in the right direction.

i'm getting an error message when i try to start mantis: the application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). click on ok the terminate application. what is this and how can i fix it im on a latptop running windows xp
