    The first time the infraction occured the player should have said "I'm sorry, I won that round, I will try hard not to forget to report again."  And, in my opinion, this should have been good enough for the judge.  Perhaps though they made an anouncement about failure to report and felt it was important to strictly penalize this.  In the event of a Match Loss here, I would say shame on the judge, especially if it arrived as a result of dislike for a player.

    For the second infraction though, the player should have learned their lesson and made any necesary notes to help them remember to report.  It is the responsibility of the player to report their win, and not doing so is a waste of everyone's valuable time.  For this Match Loss, I would say shame on the player.

    For a future event, I would reccomend this player firsts talks with the judge and addresses any concerns they may have in order to get the "dislike" problem resolved.  And of course the player should not forget to report their match wins anymore.
