It follows what I like to remember, - that we are there to help the players have a fun and enjoyable time. It is also VERY equitable.
But, if this person is one I have warned a number of times prior to the tounament, I would be tempted to be peverse enough to stand there, watching them and my watch while they resleeved just to make them sweat a bit. ;}
