Will NOT Happen due to it being in Champion Pack 1 as a rare. However, I'd like a Royal Oppression reprint. Ocean was expected to be given a reprint like Stratos for more accessability and a errated version to be available.

Why would you want a card that punishes you for playing into an empty field and creates instant advantage immediately upon activation.

I summon and attack.  OH LOOK +1
