in the new starter deck they have Magna Drago   Dragon/Tuner    lvl 2    1400/600

Whenever this card inflicts Battle Damage, it gains 200 ATK 

 

not great, but not bad- nice against stall decks - gets under LLAB and Gravity Bind and will get at least 1 atk off with messenger on the field
