    Well, Judgement Dragon is going for $150-$220 at this time. So it is getting up inprice, and if it shows in top of SJC it will likely jump in price. So yes, it will be another case of if you have the money you can make the deck. BUT with the current changes to the meta more decks will have  more chances.  When Monarchs ruled the meta, they had a price in the $40 range, Card Trooper ran $50. It is the cost of $100+ per card for some of the better cards that is killing things

    So True. What we need to do is set up a STABLE System for prices based on Rarity, NOT meta worth. THAT is what kills the game.

    Finally,  Net decking takes a hit and people can actually,  you know,  PLAY rather than watching their opponent go through their deck to decimate you.

    Hopefully the yugioh-card site will be updated before Saturday.

    Either than or every TCG/OCG site gets hit by its UDE representatives.

    I still think the easiest and most effective way to accomplish this would be for UDE/Konami to set up their own online store.   Sell hot cards at a fair price.

    Obviously they'd still end up costing a fair bit more than just buying a pack but let's say,  $70 for DAD,  or $60 for Il Blud.

    Blows scalpers out of the water and makes UDE/Konami a nice chunk of change.  PLus you get the security of buying from the manufacturer rather than some anonymous eBayer.

    Re: Important Announcement: Forbidden & Limited List Changes

    I think another idea for UDE is if a card is to be a certain rarity, have all cards of that rarity an equal chance of being in the packs.  I mean they made CCV a gold rare, but also made it a short print. Had it been made in the same qty as the gold Jinzo, more players would have it and the price on the secondary market would be more reasonable

    I agree, this is going to end up a necessity unless UDE wants to LOSE players! The Reason so many are quitting is because prices aren't standardized and are too high!

    That will only have a marginal impact on the market.

    Ultimately what will happen in that case is people buying out Boxes and then selling the cards on Ebay anyway.

    My Online store Idea actually sets a static price and forces wannabe scalpers to compete with lower prices in order to make anything off of their pulls.

    @kodbeatz
    you need to do something about that font and color

    Re: Important Announcement: Forbidden & Limited List Changes

    stop hating man. These forums are a place for open discusion, not destroying of a game. I understand that the timing of this could have been better, but there will always be a few people who can rule at the top. I know a guy with 3 DAD's and he pulled them, heck he is barely able to afford cards, just like me. I pulled together an original no net deck Samourai deck a week before a tournament and I changed it out and learned to play it a few hours before the tournament started. I am not rich, I can barely afford the cards I buy now, but I play because it is fun. If i played to be the best I would have spent all my money on nothing, but cards. If I was rich that wouldn't matter, but the truth is it is not the cards you can buy, but the cards that you have that tell what kind of duelist you are. Building decks is what we do and just because people net deck to reach the top does that really mean they are wrong. Heck almost all the champs have net decked at some point or have gotten inspiration from the net. Any player can say they have. I do and I am not ashamed of it. So stop putting people down just because of what they do to be the best. Some one once said don't try to be a good man just be a man. I now translate to dueling, don't try to be a good duelist just be a duelist.

    Wow, I'm loving this! This helps me worry less before SJC Nashville. Honestly, semi-limited Allure shouldn't make that much of a difference, but banned D. Fusion and limited Return is going to rock!
