Problem: When trying to download the most current documents (Policies/CompRules) I receive the following error.
Downloading instruction document...
Error downloading documents: The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
Connnection Closed
Temporary Solution:
- Download the documents from UDE site in MS Word format.
- Click on File
- Click on Save As
- Change document type from Word Document to Web Page
- Save in directory where Mantis is installed .../Upperdeck/Mantis/Documents/En (or supported language)
- You will see other web files that relate to UDE policies and CompRules.
- Depending on which file you opened up....example-UDEAppendixAYGO01aug2005_en, then highlight the corresponding file "appendix_a" and click Save
- Click yes to overwrite the file
- Continue to do this with all corresponding files.
- This will give you the updated documents within Mantis until UDE has fixed the error.
