Vambraces of the Sadist.
"When an ally is destroyed, your hero deals melee damage equal to that ally's cost to target hero in that ally's party."

Hi friends,

One question regarding this card. Does this effect apply on the hero controlling this equipment?

I  mean, if an ally is destroyed in the hero's party that controls "Vambraces of the Sadist" he makes melee damage to himself?

Yes, because the card does not say when an "opposing ally is destroyed".
So if your ally is destroyed your hero will deal melee damage to itself.
