    Question on interrupt effects.

Firstly, I apologize for posting in this thread, this is because I'm not allowed to post in the Judges Program.

Question is, can I target to interrupt a card twice?

For example: I play the ability, blistering fire. Opponent, in response, plays the ability, fizzle, to interrupt my blistering fire. In response, I play the ability, nether fissure, to interrupt his fizzle.

At this point of time, is it legal for the opponent to play a fizzle, targeting at my blistering fire instead?

The chain would be: Blistering Fire>Fizzle>Nether Fissure>Fizzle. In this case, Fizzle cannot be added onto the chain, as it would have to be in response to nether fissure. Thus, for the opponent to play fizzle, he would have to start another chain and interrupting the blistering fire. Is that legal?

    Re: Question on interrupt effects.

Since you are talking about Nether Fissure I presume this should be in the WoW forum instead of the VS System.

However, to answer your question, I think you are still thinking about Yu-Gi-Oh's old chain. I can play as many abilities or powers as I want before passing priority and then you get to play any abilities or powers and as long as the targets are legal there is no limitation on them. Second, as soon as each effect resolves, both players will get priority to play additional effects that does not start new chains. That just adds links to an existing chain.

So in your example, yes your opponent could play a second Fizzle targeting your Blistering Fire because Blistering Fire is still a legal target for Fizzle.
