Forceful and Team Response: When an enemy hero readies, you can ready a friendly hero

does this effect trigger at the start of a new round when everything unstuns and readies?
i.e. would allow you to ready Hero's effected by the zone the Pendulum is in?

Uffizi's effect is when An enemy hero readies, so if they played Air Drop would Uffizi allow 2 readies?

You can ready a friendly hero whenever an enemy hero readies, the start of a new round included.

You can only ready one friendly hero per instance. If two enemy hero's ready at the same time you can ready one friendly hero.

The 'Pendulum' stops you from readying hero's after the start of a round.

702.1    A triggered power can be identified by the words “when” or “at.” It watches for its trigger event to happen, at which point it triggers and resolves. It triggers off every instance of its event, including multiple events happening simultaneously.

I believe that sentence indicates that you will be able to ready 2 of your heroes when they play Air Drop.
