Want to make sure I am reading this right ...

If I understand correctly, Rule 514.2 and 514.3 says that effects like:

Tag Team, Cost: 2, Target defender with reinforcement gets +2 ATK and +2 DEF this attack.

Can be stacked (by playing two of them back to back of course)?

Trying to determine whether or not I can add +4 ATK and +4 DEF by playing both of my Tag Team effects from my hand.

    Thanks,

That is correct.  You can play as many copies of Tag Team as you have as long as the defender has reinforcement.  I'm wondering why you would think there would be some restriction to doing so.

You can play as many copies allowed by the rules (only four copies of a card unless its an 'army' character card) and as long as you have enough threshold cost to play the desired copies of the card.
