    Lok Lambert bold explorer's effect

Can Lok target himself or Bold explorer in his zone already? Common consenses is that you can.. but i think that is way open to abuse.. you can just keep doing that to make sure you always get the last move in, which in itself is an advantage.

    Huntik Comp Rules:
403.5    A hero or feature can be put into a zone. It can be put into a zone from a different zone or a different area. A hero put from one zone into another is not moved so:
    • It can’t be blocked.
    • Its controller isn’t given the option to start a combat.
I'm not sure how to interpret the highlighted section I quoted.  I can see 2 different ways to interpret this:

    1.  That statement is just a clarifying statement that simply means things can be put from other areas or zones.

    2.  That statement is a limiting statement that means only things from other areas or zones can be put into another area or zone.

If #1 is true, then abuse away!

If #2 is true, then there is no abuse to be had as Lok would not be able to target himself or other Bold Explorers in his current zone.  Perhaps the wording of that entry should be changed to better clarify the intent of how to use 'put' powers.

Re: Lok Lambert bold explorer's effect

    # 2 is the correct interpertation.
The hero or feature must be put from one zone/area into a different zone or area, not the same one.
You can't Slipstream in place for example.
Please note this is different than moving - when moving a hero or feature you are allowed to choose to move 0 zones (so you can Rapid Charge in place).
