Hi!

For sanctioned events:

1) I have only the mini, is valid print the character card? 

2) Also is valid print the ABC packaged with that mini?

Inverse,

3) I have only the character card, can use a proxie/token as the mini?

This question was asked at US Continentals and we were told that although the miniature is the face of the game, both the card and the mini are required for legal play.  You are allowed to modify / paint etc the figure, but someone must be able to look at the figure (or bottom of the base) and verify that it is the figure that matches up wtih the ABC.

Yes, you must a real card from UDE. You cannot print your own card for a sanctioned tournament.

You do not have to use the specific pet mini to represent the pet you are playing.

You can use tokens or pretty much anything to represent that pet.

The same is true of totems.  You are not required to use the totems provided in the Deluxe Starter.
