Bought black tempel raid deck but
Dont found an Ude point card in it only a small 1 of 100 points

Normal there must be greater in this or not?

That raid only contain a single 100 point card.  The mini's booster/starters are the only way I know of to get point cards of larger denominations.

The should be in the Wow forums. However, there were also bonus points (worth more than 100 points) in some of UDE's special Wow Products such as the artwork books and I think (but don't recall for sure) that the Christmas set also had bonus point cards in them.
