Target Friendly Hero Vs Not Targeting Stunned unless it says stunnded, but this is returning yourown hero? not opponents?

 

You cannot target a stunned hero unless the effect specifically says you can. It also says friendly hero, so Invisible Knight refers to non stunned heroes that you control.
