Yes that way if a player comes up to use before rounds are posted but paired asking to drop it becomes an easy fix for the event.

MANTIS creates a backup of each round just before it pairs every round. So, if you accidentally clicked "Pair Round 4", you can simply import the backup from round 3 and make your correction.

I don't have MANTIS here at work, but one of the menu options, I think it's the "Tournament" menu, has the option to "Import Tournament from File". When you do that you'll see the backups for each round of the tournament.
