1395631:1) The March battleground kit was never sent to the store... is there any chance we can get one still or is it too late?
The store owner/manager needs to contact their UDE Representative to either check on the status of that kit (if the store ordered it) or to check if they can still place an order for that kit.
1395631:2) We have 3 players with temporary ID's, they don't have a real UDE number yet. Neither myself or the store owner has the registration forms yet for the tourney (he was never sent them, and I wanted to run it today so he could play). How can I get these guys UDE numbers so I can upload the tourney from today?
If you have taken and passed the Tournament Organization test, then you can request UDE Membership Registration Cards by sending an e-mail to to@upperdeck.com. Be sure to include your name, UDE Number, and mailing address. Please note that the cards will be sent via regular US Postal Service so they will take some time to arrive.
Once you have recieved the cards, then you will need to reconcile the temporary IDs. Open MANTIS, select and click on "Utilites" in the menu bar, select and click on "Reconcile Temporary Player IDs" from the list. That will open a new window. Click on one of the temporary IDs from that window and in the "Player ID" box type the UDE Number that you are going to issue to that player and finally click on the "Assign" button.
1395631:3) Can I input and upload the previous tourney results as I know the owner was having some problems with MANTIS and the last 2 tourneys have not been uploaded.
E-mail to@upperdeck.com and explain exactly what the situation is. Seems like the owner may have been having issues with their UDE Number or password.
