When will Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG be removed from Mantis Software?

When will Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG be removed from Mantis Software?

I saw in the Press Statement on UDE.com that not only will the Online Yu-Gi-Oh! Support have to be shredded, but so would the Mantis support.

I was just wondering when I would be forced to expect a (mandatory) upgrade to the Mantis Software that would prevent me from using it to run the small tournaments I run...

Unclear. Sometime soon. As you can imagine right now our digital resources are strained with a number of legal requirements that we must fulfill.

So what will UDI do for Tournament Software, now that Mantis has to be scrapped?  Just wondering.

Tournaments don't need to be sanctioned.  You can simply run them as an unsanctioned tournament with the only difference being that it doesn't affect your player stats.  Since Sanctioned wouldn't do that either anymore, they are the same thing.

Take it this is only effecting the USA MANTIS system and not the European one?

Or is it? Since we lost everything else aswell.

You should still be able to use MANTIS to run YGO tournaments in Europe. If you have further questions, please email question@upperdeck.com

I dunno the release date for new version of MANTIS software. so the only thing I can do is WAIT.

Every thing concerned to YGO TCG has been whiped from UDE websites and databases, so we can't handle a sanctioned event. (lately I have an error reporting YGO tournaments) (The only YGO remains in my profile is the obtained Lv.1 certfication.)

    Thanks.

I did send them an email last week but haven't got a reply yet. So they must have major back log of emails.

Thanks. I got incontact with someone and have been given some information. Also, I've been chatting with Duncan Tang from Upper Deck and he's informed me of some of the things that are going on.

I don't have a clue if YGO TCG is removed from MANTIS in a future. The only thing we can expect is WAIT until a global UD announce. - Next mantis: please, more fast! and all links fixed (regarding download latest documents)

It's highly likly we will get COSSY, as MANTIS was owned by UDE.

But when this will happen we are not sure. But we are still fine to use MANTIS for now.
