Hello. I got the Yugioh Judge, TO and Player management titles around 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I helped with a sneak preview and I'm going to organice a hobby league next 4 weeks.
Well, fooling around with mantis, I looked for myself in the global search. I had no result matching me, neither in the name nor in the surname. Since I cant search by UDE number, idk if I have a wrong name or anything. Around 2 months ago I notified that there was a mistake with my surname and I was told it was fixed.

have you performed an uplink to update your Global Player Database?

Dont think so, anyways I have downloaded mantis less than 3 weeks ago, and I've had my UDE number for like 8 months now.

Mantis will download players in 5000 player "chunks."  You should see messages similar to "5000 players downloaded, beginning processing" and "Processing complete, downloading next batch". Each of these messages should have a date in them, so you can see that you are getting closer to today (meaning you will be up to date). If the download takes too long, cancel the download and then start it again at a later time. The download will continue right where it left off and will not re-download everything you have already downloaded.
