Turn Player priority to negate a Summon?

    I control "Bountiful Artemis".
I have a face-down "Forced Back", my opponent has a face-down "Solemn Judgment".

    I summon "Honest".

Do I have priority to activate "Forced Back" first, getting "Artemis"' effect and saving "Honest", or could my opponent activate his "Solemn Judgment" first?

    Answer:

The Turn Player could begin the Chain with "Forced Back". The opponent could activate "Solemn Judgment" to negate "Forced Back", but not to negate the Summon.
