Not Sure were to ask this

I have a lot of players that can not download the
Policy Documents because they are useing a Public Computer

So I want to know if I can add all the Policy Documents to my website for my players to read that why they still have them when they need them to read

I wanted to ask this before I did it so I would not get introuble for adding them to my sites
