Download WoW TCG Demo Decks Here!
By UDE Staff
8/30/2006

Following the hugely successful, exclusive demos at Gen Con Indy, many motivated WoW TCG fans put together their own copies of the Ta’zo and Warrax demo decks. Armed with only paper, glue, and a dream, these dedicated players constructed their own makeshift demo decks to try out the WoW TCG themselves, and what they saw was good!

For the benefit of everyone else, however, we decided to make it a bit easier.

On this page, you’ll be able to download the two demo decks and try out the game for yourself. Soon enough, you’ll be burning with Mage abilities, or cracking skulls with Warrax’s Arcanite Reaper.

To get started, simply download the eight PDF files listed below. Each set of files corresponds to one of the two demo decks. Once the files have been downloaded, print them out. We recommend using a high-quality color printer. Remember, you’ll be playing with these decks for a while, and cards that look good will add to your experience. If you don’t have access to a color printer, you can always bring these files to a local photocopy shop for high-quality printouts.

And yes, you could print these cards out in black and white. You could also play the WoW MMORPG on a thirteen-inch, black-and-white television . . .

Once you have your printouts, carefully cut each individual card from the sheet. We highly recommend taking a stack of sleeved cards from any TCG and inserting these demo printouts into each sleeve, in front of the card. This will give you a deck that feels more like the real thing, instead of floppy pieces of paper.

After you do this for both decks, you’re all set! Check out the Learn to Play section of this website for the official rulebook, and visit the Rules Questions forum if you’re not sure how some aspects of the game work.

In a few weeks, we’ll post a few booster packs you can print out and add to your demo decks, so keep visiting this website for the latest!
