I’m from Belgium so I prefer EU trades, but I have
done successful international trades from Australia to America (go west from Oz though, to the
east it’s not that impressive). My trades were usually single cards but I also
traded T-shirts and whole booster boxes. I haven’t got any eBay references or
site references yet (plan to change that soon enough), but when I still played LotR
TCG I became a member of GABtraders, my references can be found HERE!.
If you want to contact any of them, they were most likely involved in a
LotR-trade so don’t forget to mention that ;)
About my
sending: I always send with priority airmail. I put all cards in an individual
sleeve; I use stronger sleeves for epics and foils, and use toploaders to
protect them. I know some people like their cards protected in a bubble wrap envelopes, but the sending costs go up by 3 times for international shipments due to their non-standardised size. So if you insist on me sending in a bubble wrap envelope, tilt the deal slightly in my favor. I'm a great fan of simul sending, too.
I also have
a lot of cards for trade from TCG’s I stopped playing in the meanwhile, such as
LotR and .hack//ENEMY. If you play/collect those and are still looking for a
