Because this is really silly and pointless and annoying.

If I go ahead with this and the system doesn't allow me to use a european loot card, is anyone interested in buying (or trading for) the card or code at partial value, once it's been scratched off?

Either way, we find out for sure if European loot cards work in the english version of the game, and then either I get stuck with a pet I'll never use, or someone else gets one at the cost of a couple of rares?

Isn't this something we already know since a UDE rep has said it?

Jeff Donais said that all loot cards WOULD be redeemable on all servers, regardless of language.

We don't know if the current system will allow it, or if a subsystem is being set up.

European loot cards do NOT work with the english version of the game at this point in time.  Sorry.

European loot cards ARE redeemable on european, american, chinese and korean servers.

I know this because I now have Hippogryph Hatchling.

im srry u had to waste a loot card for stupid ppl that dont kno how to read wat UDE writes.....

personally i wouldve watched them argue cause its hilarious. but im evil that way XD

My friend bent my Elendril card so I punched him in the kidneys.

Well, I've tried selling the card on Ebay. I don't play the online game anymore, I'll never get any joy out of this pet.

I've seen someone else pull a turtle mount, try to sell it on Ebay, and failed to get any bids.

I'm SURE that both these auctions failed because people are spreading misinformation about european loot cards being unusable. The reason I just used this card was simply to make this STOP, so that everyone realises that the european cards on ebay can be used on any server.

Please bump this thread until people start correcting themselves on the issue ^^;

Okay, I see a card in english language. How to verify your card being European? It could be an US card too...

Upper Deck Germany confirmed: European cards are useable only on European servers, US cards only on US servers. They are thinking about changing this in the future, but currently it doesn't work.

Because in one of her pictures it was confirmed that she does, in fact, live in the EU.  How do you suppose she would have gotten a US code (in the EU) considering most of us didn't have our cards when she did the pictures?

Thanks for posting this Tyma. I know there has been some mixed information out there about this but I just want to clarify. We were told that the codes we received were region specific, we asked to have this changed at the last moment but it was too late for set 1 release. However, until we actually tested it ourselves we didn't know for sure that EU codes would work on US servers.

They do in fact work on US servers and any other regions servers. However, we have not tested the reverse. Using a US code on an EU server. Can anyone confirm for us if they've tried this?

Hi.  Since there hasn't been a confirmation of a US card working on Euro server yet in this thread I thought I would ask a question that I've not found asked/answered yet:

How can you tell which region a card comes from?  I've seen some loot cards with a silver strip with printing saying "scratch off gently with coin" and others that have a bronze strip with no writing on them.  If I were to try buying a loot card it would be useful to know which region it was to ensure that it would work in my region.  Obviously once it's been confirmed that any loot card will work on any region then it's not a problem, but as has been stated, it's not been verified in the thread that US will work on Euro.

Apologies if this has been confirmed somwhere and I've just not found it yet.
