A Raid question

In a raid game, do the players go one after the other or are they allow to take their turns simultaneously?
I assume that it is one turn at a time, only in case of Instant Ability cards that can be played anytime.

Each player takes his or her turn individually, in a clockwise fashion.

Level 0 Judge (Because apparently under 16 year olds can't get Judge certificates =/)
