Gift Card Never Shipped

I won a 250 dollar best buy gift card at gen con a few months ago and never got it. How long does it take to get or did they just never ship it.

Send an email to player@upperdeck.com. They will be able to let you know what's going on.

Make sure to include your name, UDE#, email and what event you won so they can accurately confirm the information.

I also had a gift card that I won and haven't recieved yet. I emailed the adress you said twice with all the info you said. I have not recieved any email back and i have not recieved my prize yet. Can some one please check on this? Thanks

Still no contact after several emails. I know its too much to ask that I get my prize on time, but is it too much to ask that someone reply to me?

Just sent an e-mail last night to player. Hoping I get a response in a few days, as I'll start hopping on the forums like most of the other squeaky wheels with similar scenarios. More than 3 months now. This is the reason I'd take any Gadgetzan price if they just had it on the premises. >.<
