Broken link in the most recent article?

I click on the link to take the survey and it doesn't launch me into a survey. In fact, the screen it takes me to says "Thanks for taking the survey" and asks me to create an account. After the account is created, I don't see the survey.

Am I missing something? Here's a link to the UDE article I'm talking about...
