Do ally cards in the graveyard lose untargetable?

Powers on cards are only active while they are in the play zone, otherwise ability cards with ongoing abilities would be on from the graveyard etc. Untargetable is just another keyword power like anything else. If something says to target an ally card in the graveyard then even one with the untargetable is a valid target.

Only two things are infinite......
