Well working with what you have, I would start with
Blindlight murloc;
Counterspell,
Mana Pot,
Ice barrer,
Enraged fire spirit;
Flamestrike,
Healing Pot,
Quick reflexes
Rethilgore;
Lyconthropy,
Scroll of Str,
Quick Reflexes,
Quick Reflexes is there only since you have space for them and nothing better, they probably wont see much use. Mana Pot is good on either the Murloc or Fire Spirte.
Your Allance chars are not a bad team in by themselfs, add in both pots and scroll of Str for the sideboard.
