Can I expect to qualify for worlds by 2700+ rating?

I kind of want to start planning for Austin since I will be unable to attend gencon. Currently 15~ people have a rating above 2700 can we expect to be qualified for worlds?

It would seem to me the top 50 or so in rating should feel assured they will have a spot at worlds, but that is just a guess.

Top 64 at Gencon are getting invited to worlds so as long as you don't drop or be a complete scrub you will more than likely get an invite, especially since only 75 have invites based on ratings and I doubt over half of them will come.
edit lol sorry i just saw you said you was not going to gencon...but i would say with a 2700 or higher you should be fine
