Deluxe Box, missing a mini and loot card

    Deluxe Box, missing a mini and loot card

    I just received a Deluxe edition box of minis for my birthday today and was happy until I opened the book to start reading the rules...and noticed I should have received 6 minis. I thought it was odd I got cards for 6, but only had 5 on hand but the checklist confirmed it. I'm also missing the loot card. How can I contact someone to get the missing mini sent? I found the information for the missing loot card. Would the same contact info work?

    (Edit: I found the UDE points card, but the loot card and mini unfortunately aren't hiding anywhere.)

    This many views and I'm the only one to have ever had a mini missing? :-( While it's nice to know it's not a common occurrence...the box was too expensive to be missing such a vital component.

    i think there is contact info on the box.. not 100% sure though

    There's a thread around for damaged minis somewhere, the info should be there.
    That's about as massive a fail as it gets..
