    Viper Sting vs. forms

What happens when a character has an active forms and applies viper sting on it?

The character can out form and place ready the ABC?

    Thanks

    You got it.

The druid can exit the form and the form ability card returns to the action bar in the ready position ( insert joke here ).

    Re: Viper Sting vs. forms

Yeah, the form is never readied, it just returns to the action bar in readied position, so Viper Sting doesn't affect it (unless you found a way to exhaust it 'legitimably' with, say, Mana Tap or Mind Blast).

I think he is asking if you could Mana Tap a form card before being used.  In that case it is still an ABC and could still be exhausted, and Viper Sting would prevent it from readying.  Correct?

    Re: Viper Sting vs. forms

Yes, of course it would. It's just a regular ABC at that point.

You can't Mana Tap it while the character is in Form, since the card is removed from the action bar at that point.

You also can't stop it from returning readied via Viper Sting if the character dies or goes out of form, since it's returned ready, it never actually tries to ready.
