    Deluxe Edition: Missing Loot card

Each WoW Minis Deluxe Edition set should include one random loot card from the Drums of War expansion, however, we have discovered that this is not the case and that some sets do not contain a loot card.

If you did not receive a loot card in your Deluxe Edition set you can request a replacement through our Customer Service department. As proof of purchase when requesting your replacement you will need to send in page 41 of the Deluxe Ed. rulebook (you can just cut off the corner of the page that clearly shows that it is page 41, if that is your preference). Send the page, along with a note indicating the problem and your return mailing address to:

So being that every single person who buys a deluxe starter can now receive up to two loot cards whats are the odds that they only ship Slashdance to replace the missing ones?

Zero. We are replacing loot cards at the same ratio that they would appear normally. No doubt about it that a good percentage of replacement cards will be Slashdance as that is the most common loot card from Drums of War, but there will be plenty of 'Owned!" and "The Red Bearon" loots sent out as well.

Re: Deluxe Edition: Missing Loot card

Guess it's worth it to buy 3 deluxe starters now since for $30 I'd be getting 2 booster for retail plus all the extra stuff and the same amount of loot cards as two boosters.

hm...seems to be an interesting.question... how will u be able to find out who really has had no card?

Re: Deluxe Edition: Missing Loot card

They won't. They probably just decided it's better being scammed by a few* people and get loot cards to everyone who should have gotten one then screw over the people who bought the deluxe starters right away.

*Who knows how many people will actually take advantage but I wouldn't be surprised if they end up shipping almost as many 'replacement' loot cards as deluxe starters.

Re: Deluxe Edition: Missing Loot card

you see my point. i am sure lots of people might "destroy" their rulebook for getting a free chance finding a red bearon --> decrease of value (talking about real money)...probably customers will be sent lots of 1/3s not to decrease the worth of card 2/3 and especially 3/3?

i wonder how UD could put a guaranteed loot card into the deluxe starter...inflation...inflation...

I bought two delux starters, should I send them seperately or can I include both in the same letter?

Because most of them were naturally going to be the super-common loot, Slashdance, anyway.

Re: Deluxe Edition: Missing Loot card

there better be other loot card choice then just those three....they CLEARLY STATED, that the loot woulfd be FROM ALL SETS, giving you a CHANCE at the rocket mount, and the spectral tiger.....this better be the case and UDE and BLIZZARD better live up to thier bargin. if i send in my proofs of purchase and get sent back some slashdances, i am going to be very very dissapointed.

bad form UDE, and BLIZZARD, VERY BAD FORM.....you are in no position in this economic climate to start screwing over your customer base.

I think that you are confusing this product with the Darkmoon Faire TCG product which did have a chance at loot from all sets. Throughout the development of the Deluxe Edition it was always
associated with the loot from Drums of War.

I'd be very surprised if that happened.  I got 2 slashdances in my first 2 boosters, and I'm not gonna bother cutting up my rulebook and wasting the time and money on sending it out to have a 1 in infinite chance (he did so NORMAL distribution odds, right) for a loot card that if I got I doubt I'd be able to sell it online for anything worth the time and effort of that, since there is going to be such a flood of Drums of War loot cards.

Maybe I'm just overly lazy, but UDE has nothing to fear from wasting loot cards (and the associated 40 or so cents in postage) on me.

"And I thought my jokes were bad!"
Proof of my insanity: here and here.

Re: Deluxe Edition: Missing Loot card

Dude this will wreck havoc onto the secondary market. Valuable Slashdance loots are going to drop a whopping 10% at least! That's a full frikkin quarter!

    My entire collection for sale.
