"Complete quest During Your Turn"

I just wanna ask, if also "During your turn" quests are also "instant-like" in my turn.
For exemple, If I can answer to opponents ability with putting Earth Shock on top of my deck with Deep Sea Solvage and draw it with Darkmoon Faire location and play it, all in reaction on opponents ability.

Yes, they operate at instant speed.

yup. Thus you can Finkle your Rak and chain your strike to it. Very important to remember when playing Strike Out or Desecrator Rush.
