    with popular cards like sayge hitting the tourney scene, i wonder are RFG cards public knowledge or not?

    Re: RFG cards

    Unless otherwise stated, all cards in the RFG zone are public knowledge. However, certain cards remove cards from the game face down, so they would not be public knowledge.

    Re: RFG cards

    Cards in the RFG zone is face up and public unless it is removed face down. See below CR Entry;

    CR2.21:

    413.8b A card in an RFG zone is face up and public, unless it was removed face down. A face-down card is effectively blank—it has no name, type, tags, or text—while in an RFG zone, and only its owner may look at it. If a face-down card from an RFG zone enters play, it enters play as a face-down resource.

    Re: RFG cards

    sayge says: At the start of your turn, remove the top card of target opponent's deck from the game. If it's an ability, ally, or equipment card, you may play it this game. (Pay costs as normal.)

    when removed, the card is still faced down.. so my opponent can't know what card it is?

    Re: RFG cards

    Sayge doesn't say that the card is removed face down, therefore it is removed face up.

    Re: RFG cards

    There is a difference between a card being "face-down" (e.g. cards in a deck or resources in the resource row) and "removing face-down". The later only happens, when a card tells us that it removes face-down or the card getting removed is a face-down resource.

     speaking of that card im confused if you remove the card from the opponents deck and its an ability ally or equipment and i play it does that mean i get to use it or am i paying it for my opponent?

    When it says 'You may play it' it means you may play it as if it is a card in your hand. In other words, you can put it into play, and you control it.
