Loot Code Redemption Error

I've been trying since last night to redeem a loot card from Fires of Outland. I have checked several times to ensure the region, server, and code are all correct, as well as the security code it asks you to input. When I submit the info, it always directs me to a page saying there was an error with my request. Is the redemption system currently down?

Hello,

There is currently an error on Blizzard’s site for the Promotion Redemption Page. This went down around the same time as Realms did for Tuesday server maintenance. If you enter a code right now it tells users that ‘there has been an error with your request.’

They are aware of this problem and are currently working on getting this page back up. This should not compromise your code if you attempt to enter it at this time. It only prevents you from viewing your 25-digit in game code.
