    Croatian Nationals

    Im writing this post in hope someone capable, and with some authority will read this. I wanted to ask what is with 2008 Cro nationals 1st place prize. For this year the announced 1st place prize was I-pod touch 8gb, it was announced on Croatian, as well these forums. The croatian WoW tcg distributor one2play  says the I-pod is in mail, well they are telling me it for last 2 weeks since tournament took place. I would wait, but my last year experience tells me they are lying, plus the fact that three diferent one2play employes tell me three diferent things. I knew there were problems with last year reward also so ithought of not going to this year nationals, but one week  before tournament I was told by an higly seated employe of croatian distributer that rewards are in Croatia, so i bought some cards and prepared for tournament. The reason im writng  this is for u to understand that there was money and time invested in that even from my side and not geting the reward for it just sems wrong. On the day of the nationals althou, after I spent my money and time I was told that UDE mailed an empty I-pod box by mistake and that they sent another I-pod, and that it will come the following week. Ofcourse the next week came and still no prizes, but i waited anyways for a few extra days to pass because i dont like writing or telling something im not sure off. Today I got an answer that fedex lost that shipement and that UDE will send another one, witch to me sound just like buying time, and since I have negative expirience from last year I decided to ask for help on this froum. So im asking now; UDE,in hope of geting some real answer, when will my reward come? because it seems like people in croatia arent doing nothing to sort this incident out.

    Hi,

    i checked with our OP manager for your territory, and it was fedexed from our office in the Netherlands, the 22'nd of August, to the shop, "land of Magic" in Croatia.

    Fedex made a mistake and it was sent to Hungary instead, where it got lost. Fedex is at this problem at the moment, and will let us know how to solve this.
