    Firstcrack at a Rogue deck

ok so I am going to Gen Con, and it will basically be my first time playing. I got 1 box each of March of the Legion, Servant of the Betrayer, and Hunt of Illidan. Right now these are the only cards I have and I have no one to trade with or places to get singles from that I know of. There might be some where at Gen Con to get some singles, but we will just assume what cards I have is what I have, so if I have less than 4 of a card is probably because I dont have any more. So I just want to know if this deck is playable, if can be tweaked, or if I should try something else completey. Thanks.

i,m pretty sure ravenna is subtlety so she can't use blade twisting and adrenaline rush

Re: Firstcrack at a Rogue deck

For a start, rogues can't use Runesong Dagger.

Anyway, if you can't find places to buy singles nearby, then you should look online, at sites like StarCityWoW.

thanks for those obvious errors. I leave fr Gen Con a week from yesterday so i dont know if i have time to get any singles online. Is a deck like this viable? I dont want to get a bunch of stuff for the deck if it doesnt even stand a chance.

This viable no, you going to gencon and making a fool of yourself certainly. Even if your hero was able to use all those cards it would still get run over. So your trying the rush thing *boring...sigh*, with this sort of deck bloodsoul, offender gora, vexmaster , brok, and retainers blade all in 4's. Weapons-if your rush 4 retainers and 4 whispering blades is all you need you can get creative by adding warp splinters thorn. If you want a soft lock against tap-decks specifically myriam builds try the wastewalker helm and leg combo, since you use unbalance it should be easy to pull off, and if you can afford or get some cobrascale hood you should its a necessity in this build. You know you wont draw a single card with your quest line-up. Big budget 'Minions of the Shadow Council', low-budget 'Counter Attack'. This should give you a competitive edge. So your deck should look something like

    4 bloodsoul
    4 offender gora
    4 vexmaster
    4 brok
    2 tatulla

    3 shadow step(weapon build)/sap(lock)
    4 jackknife
    3 dismantle
    3 backstab
    4 purloin
    2 kick/arcnae torrent

    Setup 1 weapons
    4 retainers blade
    4 whispering blade of slaying
    1 warped splinters thorn
    3 cobrascale hood

    Setup 2 lock
    3 wastwalker helm
    3 wastewalker leggings
    4 retainers blade
    2 cobrascale hood

    4 one dreaneis junk
    3 minions/counter attack
    3 orders from lady vashj
    2 akamas promise/solanains belongings/finkle einhorn

This is something I just made up so its really hard to tell if it will work. On the other hand you need to work on your deck building, go to wowtcgdb.com to know the cards, and go to scarcity and look at the top 8 deck list's, the easy way is to net-deck but net decks are boring(fallenstar anyone) the other way is taking a little from all the good decks putting it together and play test and tune until it work,or you can just go to wowtcgdb look at all the nice cards throw them together test on mws or otcgg till you make something original THAT WORKS. And yes I know it should be in block format!
