When does the Invite list for Nats get updated?

I qualified on July 13 at a local regionals. The redults were submitted and everything was fine with that. However, I was wondering when I would be added to the Nats invite list. Just to be sure that when I get to Gen Con, I will have my name on the list. Thanks
