    2011112:
So is there any interest in going to DMF Boston from anyone?  Trying to figure out if it is worth going.  Also...Charlie you still owe me for Realms hotel.  Looks like I have conts.  minis qualifier wrapped up every possible way but no honor qualify for TCG for me...3 yearly/ 6 life,  I don't play enough! LOL.  Gencon is only 2 months away too!

If you play enough at Boston, that should get you to the required HR 4.

    Cheers.

im interested in boston obv. just depends on if we can find a cheap hotel and such because money is super tight and gen con is a month after that so it all depends on the price.

I too am interested in boston if we can get there cheap enough. I need to save for indy so boston may just not work for me.

Scotty I can pay you at the sneak preview if you will be there.

Just a reminder that the Prerelease is at CCGs starting at 4 PM. If you show up at 1, you will be overrun by Pokemon players.

Yes, TCG Battlegrounds are still on Thursday nights.

People planning on going to GenCon ought to start showing up and getting their decks prepared.

And remember, if you want to lock in boxes of FoH, I need either the cash TODAY or the debit card by TOMORROW.

Yes please guys lets take Nats seriously this year. I have some good ideas about the upcoming meta that I would love to tell you guys about. Just PM me and we will talk.

Also the draft this saturday, who's showing up. I probably will be there. Remember, this is the same format as nationals so lets treat it as serious practice. That means no rare drafting Josh!!!

Re: The Official WoW TCG in Pittsburgh thread.

Well as a general rule we don't take playtesting and preparing for major events very seriously.  I know from past experience I have playtested extensively when I have done well.  If you want to do well playing the TCG or minis you have to committ to several nights of playtesting a week with a serious agenda....we have never been able to do this as a group.

The MMO, raiding and other gaming takes priority over playtesting/prep.  While I know that work and school are serious commitments that definitely take priority in my life, I also know that we could do alot better job of playtesting especially if Friday and Saturdays were put to better use.  Just a thought and it takes more then playing on Vassal to do well...real games have a different ebb and flow to them.  I personally am going to try and amp up my minis playing/testing after I see the results of Turin and Sydney.  Anyone serious about the TCG should do the same.

Please note I am presenting this as constructive criticism and as someone that knows what it takes to do well.
