1808830:Well Coreys Kilzin Deck and my List i used to play on Natz are different in many ways. I dont wanna play Quest wich will draw me Cards for sacreficing Resources, i destroy my own Fuel for Mid/Late Game with that. So i have to use this Quest only in Late Game ...... honestly i realy dont want to get there. I played the Shamane Preparation Card and i felt very happy with this Choice, cause i could strike for 0 and doing other things instead paying strike Cost each Turn (this slows me down). Today i wont play anymore Johnny Rotten in Deck, cause he wasnt as good as expected ....i would add some Fork Lightning and Torreks Assault instead Dr. Boom. My Deck for Gadgeztan was not same than German Natz cause i didnt had the Cards with me and noone else had Constructed Cards eighter ^^. Silvermoon isnt a big Problem for my List cause you do most damage with Weapons and Dudes. Silvermoon Player cant underdrop all time against good pushing Kilzin so you can just wait and Natural Damage Bomb will explode.
Kilzin is defenetly one of my favorite Choices on Tournaments because i think many Cards do the same or near the same (its not based on Keycards at all, gives you a good view in next Turn Future).

In response to the prep card, I felt that the strike cost was not that big of a deal on most the weapons, I feel very comfortable paying a strike cost to deal between 10 and 12% of a hero's life in 2 resources, and it allowed me in a surprising way to keep more threats in my hand, so the opponent always put me on having more burn, and this allowed me to buy more turns to draw out, even before questing.
I'll stand by falling to corruption, that quest is my hero, I can't count on 1 hand how many times one of those two draws ended the game, and making the draw so cheap resources wise was amazing, also casting a sha'kar with no hand, and no burn dealt that turn got some opponents thinking.
Like you said Silvermoon can be played around if you know when to present the threats in a certain fashion, If you don't understand what I mean by this, Jim Fleckenstein (SP* sorry Jim), summed this up very well in a video interview prior to the finals in Paris, Kil'zin vs Vorna, in that you need to time the burn to get the most damage in under the Silvermoon, and get him/her to waste cards they wouldn't normally to stabilize, then strike with weapons/allies where you can cause the most problems for the opponent.
"Well put.
There were enough of us Kilzin players that someone had to make it through and dominate the top 8. If it wasn't one of my team mates, I am glad it was you." (Chris "Jedion" Reilkoff)
I appreciate this Chris, I don't know how you guys came to the conclusion of Kil'zin, but it was many 4:00 AM nights 4 of us were up until, and not until 1:30 AM the night before did i throw the deck together, and bought doshuras on the spot until we switched, I guess two of us got it right, but I was the fortunate one to dodge the horrendous matchups, and pull threw.
