I have bought some of the new packs, and got some new UDEpoints cards, this time with i.e. Primal Water and Khorium Bar. There is a link, http://www.ude.com/recipe but that does not lead anywhere, I am just redirected somewhere else, and there is no way to get to the recipe page in any way I can find. I *think* these are items you can get in game for trading in the code at ude.com, as that is how it worked when I got my Imp-in-a-Ball loot card some time back. How do these recipe cards work? What am I doing wrong?

These cards are not for in-game items, but rather, for use in collecting and turning in for additional cards for the TCG.  If you return to the address:  www.ude.com/recipe and click the giant banner that says 'order form', if you have Adobe Reader installed, it will open the PDF that shows the materials needed per item.

These items are only for use in the card game, and have zero in-game effect.

The ones from HoA and TtDP were in the packs only for those purposes, so you weren't totally wrong, if it makes you feel any better...

The only way to obtain the Picnic Basket in-game item is to have the Rest and Relaxation loot card from the Dark Portal set. You cannot buy that particular item with UDE Points.

The hands of a healer

These are additional bonus for the TCG only. If you know the materials needed to make a certain item in the MMO, those are the exact same materials you'll need to collect and trade in to Upperdeck for the respective item(s) in a form of a card. Be warned though, not all items have been released in the TCG. Just see the UDE site to see the listing of which items currently available.
