I hope for september or october, with no more sets this year. With the global economic downturn people just don't have the money to invest in constant releases that they would have some time ago, and squeezing out too much may eventually hurt UDE.

I'd be thrilled if they could have alternate-rules stuff releases (like the much-discussed PvE rules) to "fill out" the year and offer new stuff for the cons that run between sets, but we'll see. Producing a raid set for the CMG is an infinitely more complicated matter than making one for the CCG.

Since Spoils was pushed back, I'm assuming that this one probably has been pushed back as well.  August might have been the original release date, but I'm thinking October will be more likely.  But of course if it was August I wouldn't complain at all.  And like Blackboc said, if they released it tommorrow I would be even happier.

If I was a semi-competent player playing Vashj and I lost to you, I would be very depressed. Vashj destroys Savin teams badly.

Mortimers you might? beat. Your team is 26 honor and you have no offense at all unless you attack with Savin. Savin attacking results in Hodoon dying as I use my pets to force you to tick up while I use my portal to burst Hodoon.Velen does 7 damage per 10 ticks unless you BoW, with BoW we'll say 10 per 10, so if we play a full 20 ticks you would kill MAYBE 2 Mortimers plus 12 VP, so 6 away? You think over 20 ticks 3 Mortimer's can't get 13 VPs? I'm pretty sure something will die.

TBQH, I'm pretty sure you lose to Jaina Zoo also. Played well, I'm pretty sure I would just polymorph Hodoon after setting up a spot where my pets could get to Velen. It's impossible for Savin to manage to keep him completely safe unless you refuse to tick up more than 1, as soon as you Flash, Attack, possibly even BoW, the Prophet will end up dead to Zoo-burst.

BlackBloc: I think you're a bit too pessimistic, there is other playable stuff in the meta that's less discovered, but it is very hard to beat both Jaina and HHT/Mort/Vashj.

Are you calling Velen not offensive? He, with Savin, has a 2 tick 6 die attack with an excellent crit! Plus, having a wrath totem and a hill would only further his damage potential. Against morts, if I pack 2 cleanses, they cant do anything to debuff me. I can camp the vp point, and if you bring santurias, if you kill one of my people, they all die. Against Jaina, my Prophet is getting a little damage from pets. Big whoop. With BoK, he has 4 armor next to Hoodon. There is a high chance for pets to do 1-2 damage, but thats it. Jaina, with her 4 die attack, is getting a couple points trough on Hoodon that will get healed off by either him or Savin. Kaustons or Rynos aren't going to punch any damage through with Savin protecting, and if the kaustrons crit, it only makes Savin more of a defensive beast.

If you're attending DMF Boston, I'll happily play that matchup against you. I'm not entirely sure I'm correct, but I feel like HHT Brick should be a harder matchup than that will be for JZoo.

My opinion is based on some playtesting I did with a couple friends, so you could be right as well as wrong. I just want to play it out at DMF Boston if you are attending. the whole point of this game is to have fun, is it not? So why don't we see who wins at Boston.

Untrue. Blessing of Wisdom does not reduce cost, it splits it. The attack still costs 3. The distinction is important. It means you have a fig that's more or less useless.

This tells me you never played the matchup. 2x Corruption and 3x Curse of Agony overwhelms even two Cleanse. I'm not sure what's the sixth card to bring in, Jhuroon isn't great but Curse of Weakness would probably completly neuter your team unless you save up one Cleanse for it.

Polymorph Savin then alpha strike on Velen is a better play than Polymorph Hodoon, IMO, not to rag too much on Isgee. :)

I probably just need one kill on Velen, since you won't be able to ever get your hands on my guys and time will be called before you've closed the deal. You only have Velen as any sort of damage dealer.

I realize that the cost is split, and I apologize for not wording my post correctly. FYI, you can't poly Savin with my cleanse being on Hoodon. I have playtested mort vs this team,and Velen won about 4/6 of the time. And I'm not saying that the debufs won't deal any damage, I'm saying that the damage will be easily healed off by my two FoL.
