Have you tryed testing it against a fast rush deck like Trator Shaman or Serpent. Looks to me you will have a hard time against them. The late game control matches look like you can handle.

form of the twig and TS are bad match ups.. and popular :(

it comes down to the question of " did you draw the board-stabilizers" to often it turns out the answer is 'no'.

maybe Nar'jo or xanta? I just hate fueling my opponent's ras/brok; gora is good because of this, but golias is 1 more and kills dosh/brok.... I'm torn.

I think maby you should play Aleyah as your hero. Her flip might give you a better chance against those rush matchups. Also Vexmaster and Xanata sound like good choices.

Have you already considered holy shield ? my friend has a deck very like yours and that spell tears Twig Serpent a new one. You would have to change heroes but that's it.

Re: My gen-con deck: Red Pali

It's probably not a good idea to run a deck that has bad matchups with both Shaman and Druid. I also wouldn't say bad match-up to them only as most rush decks will beat on you for 4 turns until you do something. It may be too late then also. Even some of the weapons decks will hurt you also. To survive the early game add 4x Vex, Xanata, and HoJ.
4 Lay on hands these wont be enough to save you (IMHO).

great card, but dispite having 'holy' in the title it is a protection-spec card.

holy-shock is also awesome, and a holy spec card. I like holy-shock better.

I see where you are going there, but I have found that my hand is plenty full through out the game; could be my lack of 1 and 2 drops.

Best ranking at weekly draft : 4th (5 showed up and I got a bye :D)
Number of weekly drafts : 44 and counting.
0-4 drop at worlds (pairings suck)
Once won a game in DMF, my opponent didn't show up.

Re: My gen-con deck: Red Pali

You have no plays turns 1 & 2 against rush. On the draw, that's practically an auto-lose. Also, Blessing of Salvation and Band seem like sideboard cards at best.

ha, yep; that problem is fixed.

now the only question is what is the true cost of 3 of-ing vs. the cost of a 62 card deck.
