Quest base is off for a ripped deck. Mageweave is nowhere near as strong as Silk or Wool. You can complete those earlier and don't have the huge disadvantage of discarding something you don't want to discard.
There are only 4 ways your deck can remove allies from your graveyard. How do you ever intend to play ripped consistantly?
A nice balance for a Horde ripped is this:
10 ways to discard from hand. (Silk, Wool, Mageweave, excessive draw, etc)
10 ways to remove allies from the gy (Abyss Walker's Boots, Haunted Mills, Cannibalize)
10 fatties that you wish to rip. (Azaloth, Vashj, Lok'holar, Doomwalker, Varimathrats, etc)
To be honest, your deck looks like it wants to play Vicious Circle more than anything. The cards you threw in to add a ripped flavour are not enough. Your deck has most of the fundamentals. Once you get the consistancy to the deck, that is where you really begin have fun with it and performing well with it.
The suggestions in this forum post are all good.
