    UBase, Movement, and Line of Sight

    Today I mainly wanted to talk about movement and line of sight rules in the World of Warcraft Minis game. But before I get to that, I have the pleasure of showing off our UBase.

    Just a clarification, say my character is occupying a Hill/Forest and there's an enemy character 2 spaces away. Provided there are no other obstacles between my character and the enemy and I have the range, do I have line of sight? Vice Versa? Sorry, sounds stupid but I ran into an argument because of this.

    Yes you do have line of sight :)

    I just can't say enough about the attention to detail. Blizzard picks it's partners well.

    The Ubase just rocks. Universal Bases make swapping so much easier. They are sturdy and can probably take a beating from my 2 year old - which most of my other mini's can't lay claim to. The base is also large enough that my best friend (with exceptionally large mitts) can use the base without worrying about snapping little figures from their pedestals. Simplicity and Utility - THANK YOU - UDE.

    Question:

    If Arenas are being played - will VP(s) on a map be considered as a terrain or simply an "open" field square?
