hello i like to know shadowstep said ongoing : ready opposing heroes and allies also count as being exhausted (they are still ready) so can they attack and use exhausted power ?? or its just you can srike them whit ex: ambush or back stab

Heroes and allies that are affected by Shadowstep can still attack and use activated powers like normal. They just count as being exhausted for cards that require the target to be exhausted, like backstab.
